Lisdor Mitsu

All natural bread and baked goods – organic, natural yeast, beer yeast and non-becquerel.

The butter, milk, water, eggs and flour are all monitored, and restricted to be under 5 bq/kg. (government regulation: 50-100bq/kg) Other ingredients are also monitored through third company, as well as on their own scintillator.

Hours: Mon-Sat, 11:00AM – 07:00PM

      Hello Gillian, thank you for your comment.
      Unfortunately Hirose Mitsuo san’s bakery Lisdor Mitsu has closed as you may know.
      He is selling his baked goods on mail-order via a distributor now. I don’t know if this would be helpful to you.

      He had posted a message on his website before he shut it down, citing “Caesium-137 in milk and other dairy products” being the reason why he had to stop operating the bakery.
